Welcome

The Hastings Affordable Housing Committee is composed of residents of Hastings-on-Hudson.  It was created in 1990 by the Village Board as an advocate for affordable housing and as a vehicle for the creation of actual housing units.  The Hastings-on-Hudson Affordable Housing Development Fund, a non-profit 501(c)3 corporation, is able to build, administer, and regulate those housing units, both rental and ownership, and to receive the necessary funding support for these projects.  The Development Fund's members include some of the members of the Committee. The Fund obtains money for land, development, and building from a variety of sources through New York State and Westchester County.
